Save the date for a bonus devotional on Sun, Aug 1st @ 7pm. What started as one man's desire to bring purpose to his work has morphed into a global movement that is inspiring millions around the world. John Israel spent a year writing five thank you cards every day for 365 consecutive days. His story made it onto National News outlets and even landed him on stage at TEDx. We are fortunate to have John share his experiences with us. Mark your calendars for this unique opportunity. https://www.lds-sa.org/devotionals
Our Journey from Palmyra takes us to those founding events and places where the Restoration “of all things” took place. Led by two of the church’s leading scholars and historians, six single adults from the North America West Area explore what these world changing events between the heavens and earth mean to them in their lives today. And what they mean to you.
Check back on July 18th, for the devotional broadcast link.

Inviting you to follow President Russell M. Nelson's counsel to increase your faith in Jesus Christ (see his April 2021 general conference address “Christ Is Risen: Faith in Him Will Move Mountains”).
You may have recently seen the invitation that I, Sister Jean B. Bingham, and Sister Sharon Eubank shared on social media inviting you to follow President Russell M. Nelson's counsel to increase your faith in Jesus Christ (see his April 2021 general conference address “Christ Is Risen: Faith in Him Will Move Mountains”). We also extended this challenge to seven single adults, who will be participating with us during the June 13 Face to Face event. When we spoke with them about this invitation, we also asked them, “What would you do if you had more faith?” The accompanying video details the answers from some of these single adults. Their answers were inspiring. I would like to share the same question with you. What would you do if you had greater faith? Please let me know in the comments below. As you think about your answer, remember that greater faith comes through effort. As you ponder our prophet’s counsel—and you have the courage to act on it—I promise that your faith will increase. I testify that it is our faith in Jesus Christ that brings the power of God into our lives. Will you join with us in increasing your own faith as we prepare for June 13th?
Join Us on SUNDAY, June 13 with Neil L. Andersen, Sister Jean B. Bingham, Sister Sharon Eubank
Sister Jean B. Bingham, Sister Sharon Eubank, and I invite you to embark on a spiritual adventure with us in preparing for the June 13 Face to Face event, with the hope that it will be a very memorable experience for all of us.
Our invitation to you is to think deeply about President Russell M. Nelson’s general conference talk “Christ Is Risen; Faith in Him Will Move Mountains” and take the steps he suggests in our journey to increase our faith.
President Nelson invited us to take the five following actions to increase our faith:
1. Study.
2. Choose to believe in Jesus Christ.
3. Act in faith.
4. Partake of sacred ordinances worthily.
5. Ask your Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, for help.
We invite you to ponder the specific direction our prophet has given us. I testify that it is our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ that unlocks the power of God in our lives.
As you think and pray deeply about the counsel of President Nelson and as you have the courage to act on his words, I promise you that your faith—wherever it is at this moment—will increase.
